What was your most memorable experience during the intercultural evenings?

Benat Thomas

I really liked the intercultural evenings and it’s quiet difficult for me to choose the most memorable experience. When I'm thinking about the five intercultural evenings, I remember when we all tried to speak Estonian, when we all tried the polish dance. But I think that the most memorable experience for me is when I won (with my partner) the Estonian race.

Käthe Wurscht - German participant

The most memorable experiences for me were the discussions. I liked, that I got new ideas and points of view.

Rauno Pall

Wife carrying competition was much fun :)

How did you feel yourself during the Budapest day?

Alberto Pluma Chiarandon

I enjoyed a lot the trip in Budapest, is a amazing city! I visit it with my group and I loved Buda and Pèst, the place that I preferred was the Budapest Market Hall and the Hungarian night in Budapest was really cool.

Benat Thomas

I arrived the Saturday in the morning (day 0). I could visit an important part of Budapest during all this day. When (at day 4) we all went in Budapest, I chose to spend my day in a different way, walking without destination, sitting in a terrace, having a rest in a park on the highest point etc.
I really felt really comfortable.

Käthe Wurscht

I liked the day in Budapest. We went by bike, so we could see the great places in the city at one day. But I also was a little bit afraid, because I rode a tandem bicycle for the first time!

What was the most interesting or the most exciting experience through the Youth Exchange? What did you learn there?
Benat Thomas
First of all, I saw one more time that even if we are from different countries, we are not so different. We share the same values, the same habits, and the same language around non-formal education. I really liked to speak about these topics in this atmosphere.
Rauno Pall
Actually I liked that YE took place in countryside and that way people could feel more connected. Most interesting experience was that people have different opinions about a subject but they respect each other’s opinions rather than try to change it.

Alberto Pluma Chiarandon

I learned a lot of things about people from countries that I didn't know before this Youth Exchange, they taught me a lot of things without knowing. This week has open my mind a lot! The most exciting experience was living with people from other countries every day and listen to them talking in their own language without understand, was really funny. And then all the friendship that I made in those days will be the best memories of this youth exchange.
